NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. – Southwestern University's Cade Osgood moved up seven spots on the individual leaderboard, shooting a 75 in Round 3 to finish tied for 22nd heading into the final day of competition at the NCAA DIII Men's Golf Championship.
Osgood opened play on the back nine, beginning with a bogey on the par-4 10th hole. He picked up a birdie on the 14th, a 552-yard par-5 hole. He picked up another bogey and birdie to break even through the first half of the day.
He made par four times with four bogeys and a birdie over the front nine, picking up a stroke on the 573-yard, par-5 second hole to finished the day three over par.
Through three rounds, Osgood has shot a 75, 74, and 75 for a total score of 224. He opens play tomorrow morning at 8:10 a.m. on the 10th hole alongside McMurry's Brendon Lowrance and Washington & Lee's Brian Peccie.
