2006 [Junior Year]
Thomson's 320 kills were second most on the team and she finished with a .164 hitting percentage. The outside hitter had 13 double-digit kills matches as well as 15 double-digit dig matches. On nine occasions Thomson posted a double-double (kills-digs). She set career-high marks in kills (18), digs (23) and service aces (4). 2005 [Sophomore Year]
As a sophomore, Thomson was named to the All-SCAC third team. The sophomore finished fourth on the team in kills with 344 and had a .174 hitting percentage. She averaged 2.63 kills per game for the season. Thomson averaged 2.79 digs per game with 366 for the year, third-most on the team. She also added 76 total blocks for the Pirates.

2004 [Freshman Year]
Thomson appeared in 34 matches and 76 games as a first-year, notching 101 kills for a 1.33 kills per game average. She recorded 163 digs and had a total of 11 digs.
