GUTZMER AND OLSSON RECOGNIZED IN ALL-SPORTSMANSHIP TEAM
SUWANEE, Ga. – The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) today announced its second annual Men’s and Women’s Tennis All-Sportsmanship teams. Twelve men’s tennis and twelve women’s tennis student-athletes were selected to the 2010 squads including Southwestern University's Andrew Olsson and Emily Gutzmer.

SUWANEE, Ga. - Sophomore transfer Victoria DeLeon was named as one of the top ten SCAC women's tennis players, earning 27 votes in exclusive voting by conference head coaches.

PIRATE WOMEN TAKE SIXTH AT SCAC TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIPS
NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - The Southwestern women's tennis team finished in sixth place on Sunday at the SCAC Championships. The Pirates went 2-2 over the tournament to end the year at 12-9 overall.

WOMEN’S TENNIS ENDS FALL SEASON AT ITA REGIONALS
SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The Pirates women’s tennis team competed at the ITA Regionals over the weekend and finished 8-8 after the first day and 3-7 on the final two days of action to wrap up the fall season. Southwestern was able to compete in just one tournament during the fall due to a rain soaked season.
