ANDREOLA EARNS ALL-REGION HONOR

On Thursday, the 2008 NSCAA/adidas NCAA Division III Women's Soccer All-Region teams were announced and Southwestern University's A.J. Andreola was named to the South Region second team.

Andreola, a junior mid-fielder from Garland, Texas, led the Pirates this season in points with 21 on 9 goals and 3 assists. She recorded the only hat trick of the season for the Pirates with 3 goals against Oglethorpe. Andreola also had 3 game winning goals on the season and played in all 18 games, starting in 12 of those contests.

The Pirates ended the season 13-4-1 overall and 6-3 in the conference.
