Coach Baclawski took the helm of the Southwestern Women's Soccer team in the Fall of 2008. In her first season she guided the Pirates to a third place finish with a 13-4-1 overall record and 6-3 in the conference, achieving their first regional ranking in program history. During her four seasons as head coach, 14 Pirates have been named to SCAC All-Conference Teams with two NSCAA All-South Region selections.

Baclawski came to Southwestern after serving for two years as the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach and Coordinator of the Athlete Tutor Program at Emory University. She has experience working on a nationally-ranked NCAA Division III women's soccer staff as the Eagles ranked as high as seventh in the nation during the 2007 season and number one in the South Region. In Baclawski's two years with Emory, the teams posted a record of 25-8-4.

A Texas native, Baclawski comes to Southwestern with a knowledge of the state and strong recruiting connections. She was a Texas All-State High School Selection and member of three Martin HS (Arlington, TX) teams who advanced to the State Tournament (2003-2005). In addition to having over ten years experience working as a club coach in Atlanta, Georgia, she currently serves as a staff trainer for the Austin Texans Youth Soccer Club. Baclawski is working on competing the requirements for her Ph.D. in Sports Studies from the University of Georgia and has earned a Master's Degree in Women's Studies from Georgia State University along with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from Queens College. Baclawski played three seasons of NCAA Division II soccer at Queens University of Charlotte, North Carolina and was a member of Georgia Women's Amateur Team and played one season with Charlotte Lady Eagles (W-League)

Baclawski holds a USSF "A" coaching license, National Youth License, and NSCAA Goalkeeping License (Levels I & II). She has experience working as a fitness and physical education instructor and has developed strength/speed and agility programs for athletes. She is an avid runner and cyclist who competes in multiple races each year and trains daily with her three rescue dogs: Copa, Abbey and Sampson.
