2005 [Junior Year]
Abel started 11 games, appearing in 13 during her junior campaign... earned Third Team All-SCAC honors... scored one goal on the season, against University of Dallas (Oct. 28)... had one assist at Centre College (Nov. 4)... recorded .250 shooting percentage... put three of her four shots on goal.

2004 [Sophomore Year]
Abel was one of three players to start all 19 games during her sophomore season... garnered Second Team All-SCAC laurels... scored one goal during the season, the first of her collegiate career against MSU (Oct. 8).

2003 [First Year]
Abel played in all 19 games during her first year... was a Third Team All-SCAC selection... started 17 games, tied for the most starts on the team... recorded one assist during the year against Millsaps College (Oct. 3)... attempted 15 shots, putting six of them on goal.

High School
Abel was an All-District performer during her high school career... was also an All-Tournament honoree.

Abel is the daughter of Scott and Carolyn Abel... was born February 14, 1985... has three brother - Steve, Chris and Tim, and one sister - Jennifer... is majoring in biology and math.
