Women's Soccer Advanced Camp Returns for Summer Session
GEORGETOWN, Texas - Head Women's Soccer Coach Jene' Baclawski is holding a second session of the highly successful 1-Day Advanced Camp on August 5th from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Southwestern University's campus. The camp is an opportunity from rising sophomores, juniors and seniors to experience the demands of college soccer.

39 Student-Athletes Receive Senior Watches at Annual Ceremony
GEORGETOWN, Texas - Thanks to the generous donations of parents, alumni and students in the Pirate Crew, Southwestern University's Booster Club, the Athletic Department was able to continue the tradition of awarding watches to senior athletes whom had completed eligibility while at SU. This is the third year for the ceremony.

Dream Come True
Southwestern’s soccer and lacrosse teams will soon be embarking on a new era of competition: night games. Thanks to a generous donation from current parents, the Athletic Department has installed lights on the soccer/lacrosse competition field and will soon install lights on the nearby pedestrian walkway and parking lot.

GEORGETOWN, Texas - Maria Pollifrone, a senior forward, received the 2011 Atkin Memorial Scholarship in Mathematics from Southwestern University. The scholarship is awarded to the outstanding junior-level mathematics major, as determined by the faculty members in the department.

KANSAS CITY, Kansas - In the second National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) regional rankings out Tuesday, September 13th, the Southwestern women's soccer team landed in eighth in the west region. The group has varying degrees of experience from consistent starters to reserves, but brings in a ton of knowledge nonetheless. Adding to the mix are 15 newcomers that will provide ample competition for nearly every spot on the field.

Revamped Training Room Offers Better Service to Athletes
Thanks to generous donations and various fundraising events throughout the years the Southwestern University Athletic Department unveiled their newly remodeled athletic training facility this fall. The updates include an expanded treatment area, additional taping/treatment tables, custom paint (with logos still to come), a flat-screen television, new computers and new countertops.
