STATCHURA NAMED AS WOMEN'S SOCCER ALL-SPORTSMANSHIP RECIPIENT

SUWANEE, Ga. – The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) today announced its third annual Women's Soccer All-Sportsmanship teams. Eleven women's soccer players were selected to the 2010 squad including Southwestern University's Madison Statchura.

The SCAC is placing a special emphasis on sportsmanship this year – asking all fans of the conference to exhibit good sportsmanship at all conference functions throughout the 2010-2011 season. Read the SCAC Presidents' Council statement on Fan Sportsmanship.

Each head coach was asked to elect one member from his or her team who displayed good sportsmanship throughout the season.
