2011

Speck competed in nine tournaments for the Pirates, posting an average score of 83.35. She had her highest finish of the season at the SCAC Fall Preview, coming in sixth place out of 54 golfs. Speck finished in eighth at the SCAC Championships to earn an All-SCAC Second Team selection.

Prior to Southwestern

Karissa is a 2009 graduate of Artesia High School where she earned varsity letters in golf for the Bulldogs.  She spent a year playing gold at Henderson State before joining the Southwestern golf team. 

Personal

Karissa is the daughter of Gregory and Katheryn and has two brothers, Chris and Michael.  Karissa is an accounting major at SU.
