HEADING INTO FINAL DAY, PIRATES FALL TO FOURTH

The Pirates continued the NCAA Championships on Friday and found themselves down one position, to fourth, at the end of the day. Senior Marisa Mauldin shot a 79 in the third round to remain in fourth place individually. She is just four strokes off of third and eight strokes off of second place.

Kristen Davenport started the day in a tie for ninth, but fell into a three-way tie for 13th after shooting an 83 in the third round. She is just eight strokes behind Mauldin.

Emily Bartholet's third round 86 dropped her to 36th place while Victoria Dominguez shot 10 strokes better than her previous round, an 82, to move up into a tie for 89th place. Cody Wallace shot a 90 to end the day tied with Dominguez.
