Duarte set the SU record in the 800 at the SCAC Championships with a time of 1:58.49, coming in ninth place. He was also a member of the 4x400 relay that finished in eighth place in a time of 3:36.43, earning one point.

Personal

Lando is the son of Sharon and Richard Heard. He has four siblings, CJ, Lilly, Javi, and Brittany. Lando was an honor graduate in high school and is majoring in business at SU.
