2011 (First-year)

Brunger split faceoff duty in his first year for the Pirates, winning 86-194. He was third on the team in goals (21) and points (26), recording five assists. Brunger led the team in groundballs with 50 and also was tops in man-up goals, scoring five times. In recognition of his outstanding play, Brunger was named to the All-SCAC Second Team.

High School

Gus, a three year letterman in both lacrosse and tennis, was a two time First Team All District selection, a two time All Star game selection, and a two time faceoff specialist for the Sabercats. 

Personal

Gus is the son of Paul and Sharon and has two brothers, Grant and Kyle.  Gus is a chemistry major and a business minor at SU.
