2011 (First-year)

Button competed in five tournaments in his first season with the Pirates, posting an average score of 82.38. He had his highest finish of the season at the SCAC Championships, coming in tied for 10th (3rd in the region), earning him a spot on the All-SCAC Second Team. Button was also chosen for the SCAC All-Sportsmanship Team.

Prior to Southwestern

Cameron competed one semester at the University of Rochester before transferring to Southwestern.

High School

Cameron is a 2010 graduate of Deer Park high school where he was a four-year letterwinner for the Deer golf team. He is a member of the National Honor Society and 4-year First Team All-District selection, winning the District Championship in 2010.

Personal

Cameron is the son of Joey and Christina Button and he has one sibling, Layne. He is majoring in accounting and minoring in business at SU.
