No. 1: Marcom tosses no-hitter vs. Mountaineers

First-year pitcher Brett Marcom pitched the first no-hitter in recent memory for Southwestern baseball earning enough votes to capture the No. 1 Moment from the 2013-14 school year.

A native from Keller, Texas, Marcom faced just three batters over the minimum as he allowed only two walks. He added five strikeouts to improve to 2-3 on the season with the win.

Marcom's gem helped the Pirates pick up a 2-0 win over Schreiner in the second game of the series. The win also helped give Southwestern an edge in the final league standings to earn the final spot in the SCAC Postseason Tournament.
